1109 Anti Blair Programme

9.09 Failing to meet my own standards. I am putting on weight instead of reducing because I had stopped weighing myself every day. New day rule one weight myself every day

9.11 I have failed to take exercise every day above the normal movements which are not sufficient, although I have undertaken exercise for the past three days. New day rule two if a walk is not taken because of weather conditions then use exercise machine.

9.12 The recent new approach to work recording and registration is not effective because it has led to a lower work rate, although this is also due to other factors. I need the self discipline structure when the drive weakens.

9.18 Punishment this morning will be one egg with tea.

9.19 Shauney evicted from Big Brother House after pushing Charlie with her expensive boots in the pool and other pranks. Liam from County Durham is given special award of £100000 and he discloses he will use to pay for brother's University costs, for private help for his mother (need to find out her situation) to give his father a break and new car for his father. Nice County Durham lad who works caring for trees. Unfortunately, well we will see, Nicky has made a bee line for him and the effect on her has been transforming.

9.20 Glastonbury seems to be bigger and bigger but some participation individuality appears to remain with occasional glimpses if you watch enough TV.

9.25 This is all tension breaking as the next 12, 24, 36 48 hours could change my life.

9.27 Sitting on the loo I caught up with the political news that several members of the Cabinet are stepping down, presumably before they are pushed and Gordon is proposing to break the political mould and move away from tribalistic politics with a potential greater left liberal democrat move to stop the Tory bandwagon and signal a change from Blair. Will it happen? Will it work?

12.15 Started to watch the 69th over lunch until remembered the story from previous viewing and switched to Cadfael with Derek Jacobi.

16.00 The tickets for the Diana Memorial Concert having arrived I put safely and only checked when preparing a folder with travel and accommodation information and then discovered that the seats are on the playing surface. Today the seating plan is available on the web site and we will be sitting in the centre in the second area of seats from the front, a most excellent location. Now a weather check.

19.12 A glass of Chilean Red of mid ruby hue, its aroma raspberry blackberry and cassis with taste of rich berry fruits and a hint of spice so the notes say as I gulped it down whoops wrong notes almost right accept failed to include soft damson, Tres Hermanas from the central valley. A spinach and mushroom pasta bake, with Cheddar cheese sauces, strawberries and pineapple. Watch Dr who part one 2. Now 20.40 watching an amazing programme about Blair Bush and Iraq War.

22.45 This is followed up by an even more amazing programme on the Trial of Tony Blair for War Crimes at The Hague. Then John Foggety of Credence Clearwater who wrote his song about stopping the rain after Woodstock. I heard it through the grapevine.
